Business Transformation focuses on effective business-IT alignment using Enterprise Architecture. We help businesses to assess the maturity of their current practices and to develop frameworks and roadmaps for new processes and practices for IT-driven projects, including business transformations, investment prioritization, portfolio management and improvement of IT business case quality.

Credentials

ICT Control was asked by HP Europe to develop a White Paper defining the enablement of best practices and processes in Value Governance as specified by the Val IT framework (published by the IT Governance Institute) using the HP Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) solution suite. ICT Control helped a leading European financial institution to review its governance of IT. This project focused on assessing the governance structures in place to ensure alignment of IT, heavy investments in IT programs and projects, and outsourced developments.

Assets

ICT Control consultants belong to the Open Group and participate in the Group’s Architecture Forum, which publishes the well-known TOGAF framework for Enterprise Architecture. As experts in the field, they have actively contributed to the implementation of major Enterprise Architecture initiatives using proven frameworks. ICT Control consultants are also working members of the IT Value Governance framework and several contributed directly to the extension of the ValIT2 framework.
