ICT Control partnership with SMME, initiated in 2008, enabled an exchange of services between the two organisations across two continents. 

SMME brought its expertise in education and certification advisory in service management. ICT Control launched a stream of education and advisory services in the Middle East. 

SMME organises series of seminars in Dubai and Brussels. The participation of Sushil Chatterji and Georges Ataya in Dubai brought Governance and IT management consulting to executives in the Middle East.
